Communication style
It has been so tiring... sleeping hours have changed to going to bed at 4am.. to 5 am and still wake up at 10 am. I can't go on like this anymore. It has to stop. My so called buddy has endless things to chat and refuse to end the conversation. But then I realise recently, my personality profile is DS, according to DISC personality profiling. It seems my communication style is short and sweet, as in to the point, and precise. I find it so hard to communicate with people who build up their case slowly, and then fire later. I have so little patience for them! Some people absolutely do that! They go around all other topic, bring in unnecessary side points to support their case, then finally they say their point. Gosh.. Such is the difference in communication style can affect us.

F1 Race in Singapore
I have never been a fan of the race but it seems the hype about it has rubbed off on me. I always tell people, I don't understand why watching cars zooming by at high speed can be fascinating.. besides, it smells danger cause who knows accidents and injuries might be involved too.. I suppose it's a guys' thing, as always, adrenaline rush, the chase and then the champion emerge, why not?
Hey but then, I changed my tune this afternoon. When a friend called me up and said, "hey, got tickets to the F1 race.. wanna come?" Without hesitating, I agreed. "sure, why not?" Suddenly, I was all excited and looking forward to it too. It helped my friend's friend from UBS got a private booth, and the ticket is for the final day where good looker drivers are gonna race neck to neck to win the trophy. It will be the event that generates the most buzz... at least for the race week itself. Funny thing is, I found myself looking up the F1 website to read all about it after that. There you go, this is how I have been converted from a F1 zero interest to a mild interest. :)
